Return Policy

We offer a 7-day cash refund on all vacuum and items purchased. *(some restrictions apply- we have full rights to refuse any return & the machine must be in saleable condition - LIKE NEW)

We also provide a 30-Day Vacuum Guarantee. If within 30 days we can do in-store credit toward the purchase of another vacuum. Re-stokcing fee can apply after 30 days. 

*excluded items include, but are not limited to: chemicals, resin bags, Maison Berger, and carpet cleaners. 

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized items
• Used or damaged products

Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
